Experience Democracy – Shape Freedom!

Interactive workshops that make the fundamental importance of democracy for a self-determined life tangible.
Students explore democratic rights through everyday scenarios, experience the significance of freedom of speech, participation, and justice in contrast—and develop their own slogans for democracy. These will appear as colorful chalk messages on Schönhauser Allee or as creative posters displayed around the neighborhood.

Dates: Thu, 13 & Fri, 14 November 2025
Target Group: School classes from grades 5 to 9
Duration: Approx. 100 minutes, flexible start around 9:00 a.m.
