DemokratieGeist: The conference for female decision-makers

Is there a setback, a so-called “backlash”? 
DemokratieGeist brings together decision-makers from politics, business, science, culture, and society. It creates a space for new alliances to form, strategic issues to be discussed, and interests to be negotiated confidentially—with a clear focus on long-term impact and solutions that go beyond established ways of thinking.

In addition to a plenary session opened by Elke Büdenbender and contributions from prominent speakers (including Julia Klöckner, Masih Alinejad, and Julia von Heinz), working groups will work on concrete ideas. 
The conference is a format that focuses on impact rather than staging, on substance rather than presentation.
